A: Yes! We have helped many clients with integrating JotForm and Monday.com. While leveraging native applications can seem overwhelming, we can walk you through the process.

But first, why would integrate JotForm and monday.com? Well, JotForm helps you create custom online forms and collect important data in a simple way. By integrating this data with monday.com, you save on duplicate data entry. Plus, you can use the JotForm data on your monday.com boards to better manage customer information, lead generation, work requests, and much more.

Ok, let’s start at the beginning. You can integrate through either Jotform or Monday.com. The Groove process is always choosing the easiest and most effective path to get the job done. So go through Monday.com. (Trust us, this is the way to go!).

From here the integration is a simple step-by-step process. Let us walk you through each step. Feel free to reference the graphics as you go.

  1. Log into Monday.com and Jotform.

  2. Go to the integration menu in Monday.com to start the integration process. Search for Jotform for an easy find!

  3. Once they're connected, choose which form you want to integrate.

  4. Add the form to the board of your choosing.

  5. Map each field (only text fields are supported at this time).

  6. Use groups and set up automations to keep the data organized.

And that is it. As always, we're here to help! Shoot us a DM if you have questions about setting up Monday.com and Jotform. If you want to try Monday.com, click the link here to get started.
